Two months ago she was hit with the tragic death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith. And as she tries to move on, Lea Michele is keeping a piece of him with her. The Glee actress is never seen without her sweet Cory necklace these days although she is attempting to get back into a normal routine by returning to work and catching up with friends. On Thursday in Los Angeles it was pampering time for Lea, 27, as she made a trip to the Meche salon in Beverly Hills to get her brunette locks tended to.
Lea arrived with her long hair tied back in a simple bun but left with her glowing tresses flowing around her shoulders. Along with her Cory necklace, she wore a simple outfit of denim shorts and a checked shirt.
Michele added flip flops and dark sunglasses and appeared to be in good spirits, flashing a smile as she left the salon. Lea was also catching up on her reading, clutching a copy of the book Gone Girl, which is being made into a movie starring Ben Affleck.
Lea stood by her man when the 31-year-old star checked himself into a treatment facility in late March of this year.'I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this,' Michele said in a statement to People magazine. 'I am grateful and proud he made this decision.'
