If you are about to start a war against Zac Efron, it is probably wise not to do it over who has got the best chest. However, it appears nobody told Seth Rogen this.
The pair go head to head - or pecs to pecs - in the trailer for their upcoming comedy Neighbors where Zac plays the head of a fraternity that moves in next door to Seth Rogen's settled-down family man Mac.

After an initial attempt by Rogen and his wife Kelly, played by Rose Byrne, to befriend the boys next door, a full-on turf war takes place.
After discovering their baby daughter with a used condom in her mouth, the couple take on the fraternity at their own game.
The trailer shows Mac and Kelly attending a typical college party, complete with neon lights and deafening base, before attacking the fraternity house's water main.
Seconds later, the frat party's wild night comes to an end as the power is cut. And the battle commences.
Zec's Teddy steps up the game, telling Mac and Kelly: 'You have no idea what you started, welcome to the darkness b******.'
The following day, Kelly phones up her partner telling him the fraternity has broken in to their car and removed the airbags.
Mac, arriving at his desk at work, initially ponders why, until he sits down on his chair and is immediately shot into the ceiling by the airbag hidden in his swivel chair.
As he writhes in pain on the floor he admits that 'Delta Psi has the upper hand'.
The film is directed by Nick Stoller who is behind comedies such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek. Neighbors is due to be released on May 9th 2014.
